All consignment are carried entirely at OWNER'S RISK, consignor should take out their transit insurance before booking the materials to protect themselves against any rick or claim.
We only accept payment by NEFT or Cheque.
Delivery to Consignee will be affected as quickly as possible but the Company will not be responsible for delays, damages & losses occasioned through condition beyond its control.
The Company is not responsible for any contents packages if the packages are delivered in the same apparent condition in which they are tender for dispatched by the company.
The Company is not responsible for loss or damage or delay of goods by breakage, leakage, evaporation, road theft, weather or conditions in strikes, lock-out, riots civil or political disturbance explosion or accident to vehicle by which goods are transported or fire in warehouse where goods are stored.
The Consignor agrees that no time limit is fixed for the compensations of transportation and that company will be at full liberty to transship goods from vehicle to another at the Company's option and without incurring and liability for risk or damages arising out of such transshipment. The Consignor also guarantees payment of correct charges and advances.
Freight and other charges if not prepared are payable at the time of delivery. The company has lieu on goods carried for the freight and other charges not paid.
The Company has right to re-measurement, re-classification, before the goods are delivered, any amount that may have been committed for undercharged.
Consignor is responsible to obtain appropriate permits or any other relevant documents and submit at the time of booking for transportation, in case of failure consignor will be held responsible for consequences arising such transport without permit.
The Company is not responsible in the event of the goods being detained or sized or confiscated by appropriate Government Authorities.
Dangerous and inflammable goods will not be carried and Consignor must correctly describe the goods before loading.
The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept goods for dispatch without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
On Consignment weighting less than a mound will be for one mound.
No complaint or claim will be taking into consideration if not brought to the notice of the company within 20 days time from the date of booking.
No agent or employee of the company has authority to alter or modify value in any manner and also any provision or conditions of this contract.
Any unauthorized delivery of goods from unauthorized party will be treated as criminal offence and will be prosecuted and will be responsible for overall cost.
After successful delivery company will not be responsible for any kind of material damage, misplace or any kind of failure.
The maximum claim allowed by the Company against any packages in the event of loss or damage shall not exceed (Rs. 50/- Only) unless by company against any packages is declared by the Consignor together will full description there of the time of delivery the packages of company.
Goods and Service Tax effected as on 01.07.2017 Heading 9967 (Supporting Services in Transport) (1) Service of goods transport agency (GTA) in relation to transportation of goods (including used household goods for personal use). Explanations:- "Goods Transport Agency" means any person who provides service in relation to transport of goods by road and issues consignment note, by whatever name called. CGST Rate @2.5% SGST/UTGST Rate @ 2.5%, IGST Rate @5% Condition: Provided that the credit of input tax charged on the goods and services used in supplying the service has not been taken.
